Cancellation Policy:

-Individual Bookings:

Cancellations made 30 & above days prior will carry a 25% retention charge of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made 15-29 days prior will carry a 50% retention charge of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made 07-14 days before the scheduled tour date will carry a 75% retention charge of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date will incure 100% cancellation fee charge on the total booking amount.

-Group Bookings:

Cancellations made 30 & above days prior will carry a 25% retention charge of the total booking amount.

*Note- Booking is non-transferable.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used for the initial payment.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your tour, please notify us at least 30 days in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Rescheduling Charges applicable 10% of total booking amount.

Natural Climates:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government advisories, or other unnatural events, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
