Booking and Reservation:

• All tour bookings are subject to availability.
• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
• In case of unavailability, we'll make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

Cancellation and Refund:

Whenever you announce the postponement or cancellation of your tour/travel due to any unavoidable circumstances, you must do so in writing. Please ensure that cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy would apply:

• Cancellations made 30 & above days prior will carry a 25% retention charge of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days prior will carry a 50% retention charge of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made 07-14 days before the scheduled tour date will carry a 75% retention charge of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date will incure 100% cancellation fee charge on the total booking amount.

Tour Route:

The planned route provided is subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or any factors beyond our control.

We will make every effort to ensure minimal disruption to your experience.

Conduct and Safety:

Visitors are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides and park authorities.

Any behavior that poses a threat to wildlife or other visitors will result in immediate expulsion from the tour.

Wildlife Interaction:

It is strictly prohibited to feed, disturb, or attempt to touch any wildlife within the park premises.

Respect the natural habitat, and maintain a safe distance from animals.

Payment Gateway:

Our online payment gateway ensures secure transactions. We do not store any payment information.

Natural Climates:

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of wildlife, or government restrictions.

Additional Costs:

After you have finalized the tour/package cost, if any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel costs or guide fees are imposed by the Government of India, the same will be charged as extra.
